Can I self-host ZRO?
Yes. Enterprise customers get Docker Compose and Kubernetes manifests for running ZRO on their own infrastructure. Air-gapped deployments are supported.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in Swiss or EU data centers by default. Enterprise customers can self-host for full control over data location.
What AI models are used?
ZRO uses Qwen 2.5 for the copilot and LLaVA for photo estimation, both running on local Ollama. No data is sent to third-party AI providers.
Is the source code available?
ZRO is licensed under AGPL-3.0. The source code is available for inspection, self-hosting, and contribution.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can export all your data as CSV and JSON.
What currencies do you accept?
We bill in EUR by default. Swiss customers can request CHF billing. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually.
