Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZRO Labs products and services provided by Polare Group Sàrl, a Swiss limited liability company (UID: CHE-221.062.769), registered at c/o Russell Bedford Fiduciaire Genève SA, Rue Jean-Petitot 7, 1204 Genève, Switzerland ("Company", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using any ZRO Labs product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

ZRO Labs provides the following products under these Terms:

• ZRO Trace — AI-powered personal data removal and privacy protection (trace.zrolab.com)
• ZRO Site — Construction estimation and project management platform (zrolab.com/site)
• ZRO Vault — Encrypted sovereign document storage (vault.zrolab.com)

ZRO Ghost (usezro.app) and ZROBOT (zrobot.app) are governed by their own separate terms available on their respective websites.

2. Accounts

To access most ZRO Labs services, you must create an account via auth.zrolab.com. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated means to access our services at volumes that could impair performance
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without written authorisation
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use ZRO Trace to remove information about individuals without legal right to do so

4. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in the respective product. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file on the applicable billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We operate in CHF. Currency conversion is your payment provider's responsibility. All prices exclude VAT where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All ZRO Labs software, interfaces, trademarks, and content are the property of Polare Group Sàrl. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services as permitted herein.

You retain all rights to content you upload to our services. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the services.

6. Confidentiality and Data

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Your content is not used to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice. Material changes to paid features will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Polare Group Sàrl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of CHF 500 or the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 90 days of account termination, subject to legal retention obligations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
